Marzella's takes the health and safety of all members of our community seriously. And, as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we recognize that more and more of our customers may prefer a “No-contact” or “Leave at the door” delivery. We've also asked that customers who may be ill or who have been in contact with someone who may be ill that they should request a contactless handoff.
Whats that mean?
A “No-contact” Delivery is a completed delivery, where you do not directly hand the food to the customer. Instead, you place the food in a safe, agreed upon location, then a call is placed to the customer to confirm the food is in its location, and then wait from a comfortable distance for the customer to collect their order.
